This
photograph seemed so important I had to add it to my site. Now I know
why.
It's the bedroom I'd converted into my first studio. The
white shape is sunlight, flooding from a window that frames my view of
the garden - the garden that inspired me to paint in the first
place. That series ended with a dark composition ironically titled:
